Saladin, in collaboration with Sultan Nureddin, orchestrates a plan to infiltrate Damascus and succeeds in opening its gates. Shirkuh, poised to attack, is thwarted by Mawdud, complicating Nureddin's position. With Karategin's timely assistance, Nureddin escapes from Bernard and the Crusaders. Simultaneously, Saladin saves Süreyya and Rabia from Victoria and the Crusaders. Learning of Mawdud's betrayal, Nureddin faces further challenges as Damascus, fortified by Bernard, prepares for war. Saladin, familiar with Damascus, devises a strategy with Nureddin to reclaim the city. The critical questions now are whether Nureddin can defeat Mevdud and whether Saladin can restore Damascus from Bernard's ruinous grasp.
